Don Dugger has worked in the communications industry for over 30 years, as both a hardware and software engineer. He has designed and implemented PBXs and central office equipment, as well as many applications such as voicemail and accounting data transport and mediation systems. Don has also designed and implemented protocol interfaces for TR-385, X.25, and SS7. He has knowledge of and has worked with IS- 41D. Most recently he has worked with AMA data for wireless switches including Lucent, Motorola, Nortel, and Ericsson. This included three years as a consultant for Verizon Wireless helping analyze switch data. Don is the author of raw2a.

Larry Osterman has spent 25 years in various roles in the telecom industry, including engineering, marketing, sales, and management. He has been employed in a variety of organizations, including OSS vendors, computer manufacturers, and directly for carriers. He has worked with customers in North America, Europe, and Asia. His focus has been on accounting data, but he also has extensive experience with service provisioning, performance, and other network data. Larry joined D&A in 2003.

Liz Batson has worked in the software industry for 20 years, with 10 of those years in telecom. She has held various positions in global organizations including software engineering, management, and customer service. Liz has worked with North American and European customers building strong relationships focused on delivering products that meet the customer requirements and schedules. Her primary expertise is wireless mediation solutions. Liz joined D&A in 2004.
